I FOUND THE SITE VERY EASY TO USE AND THE SERVICE 1ST CLASS. ONLY THING I WOULD HAVE LIKED WOULD BE PICTURES OF ITEMS AND FITTINGS, APART FROM THAT NO FURTHER ACTION NEEDED.

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted.
