I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. The carbon footprint must have been massive too! Why didnt you stick it in the post
