My order for the "difficult to source" AirCon filter spares that I needed was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered before the date advised by MyTub.
I searched the internet for the part number and found nowhere in the UK offering this part at the price offered by MyTub.

Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance.

I order from MyTub Ltd at least a few times a year. The website couldnt be simpler to use and my order is always delivered to me without any problems or delay. I have never had cause to complain about any of the products that MyTub Ltd supply. Thank you.

i wont be using you again it took you two weeks to send par tfor the boiler has been repaired using parts from another supplyer as a gas engineer it is not possible for me to leave a boiler of for two weeks

I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us.
