Package did arrive damaged but not sufficiently to be returned whole service was very good and hopefully the product is going to be good I already have one installed in my house and I’m very happy with it so thumbs up for your business

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
An excellent aervice all round.
