We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. As it happened the goods arrived on the date that they were eventually promised for.

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. I am so glad I found this site I saved over a £100 on two indesit washing machine parts.
