Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Order did arrive on date supplied. After having made frantic efforts to secure an am or pm delivery, I was advised that I would be having a pm delivery. The delivery was then made between 9 and 11am because luckily a friend was in to take the parcel in. I also note that a message had been written saying deliver after 12!!! Having said that the contents were as expected.

Hi.Good communication. Although shower head was obsolete mytub sourced one from elsewhere. I did pay extra for postage but arrived promptly and still a good price. Very pleased thank you.

Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. We searched around the net to find fitting instructions, so less than £25, much cheaper than the £900 we feared! Would highly recommend and definitely use again, thank you!
