I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint

product spot on just one comment this was ordered for delivery and a date was given to me aprox date for delivery then it changed in the next couple ov days i had to go and pick up you should not exept an order for delivery in the first place on line i will look forward to your comments thanks stephen

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.
