I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed.. Super, start to finish. I have been sold an obsolete part at a discount. Located and despatched within an hour. Excellent. You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush....

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced. What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole. As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again....
