Good initial customer service after placing my order online. I had duplicated an item on my initial order so customer services rang to alert me and amended the order to correct the required quantity. Lead in times were quite lengthy 4 weeks for my order so I had to ring MyTub on the day prior to the expected delivery date to get an update, delivery was then arranged for a date convenient for myself. Order did arrive on date supplied. After having made frantic efforts to secure an am or pm delivery, I was advised that I would be having a pm delivery. The delivery was then made between 9 and 11am because luckily a friend was in to take the parcel in. I also note that a message had been written saying deliver after 12!!! Having said that the contents were as expected.

we are thoroughly disappointed with the service we have received. the order took a very long time to arrive, when it eventually did the number of parts we ordered was wrong. after complaining about a missing part it arrived the next day which leads to the question why did they take so long to arrive in the first place. the price is very good for the parts we wanted but the service let you down and I dont think we will be using you again.
