A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got.
