We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Got the product I wanted at the best price I could find. Slight mix up on delivery date and pedestal came later but sorted out OK and very good customer service. Would give 4 out of 5 given mix up but 5 out of 5 if it were not for that. Would definitly reccommend and go back if I need anything in future.

Having been without a boiler for several days, had the runaround from a well known national gas company and a wife threatening to divorce me and emigrate back to her homeland, your swift supply of a part, which mysterious the aforementioned gas firm couldnt source, was extremely appreciated.
In particular, I would like to commend Christine for her help and the urgency she clearly demonstrated. Without her actions we might still be shivering and by now slightly smelly.
With everything back to normal, the one downside is I get to keep the same mother-in-law!

Despite several delays from the manufacturer i was kept informed of progress and received the goods on the day stated. The item ordered was good value for money and i would certainly use mytub again.

Appaling service . It took 18 days to deliver this item and that was after three phone calls by me asking you when the item would arrive. Victoriaplumb deliver the next day. You need to sharpen up or go under.

Very sorry for the delay with your order, however this item is obsolete and Ideal Standard have a two week delivery for thier obsolete items as standard, please feel free to contact them direct for confirmation.
Thank you for your advice re VictoriaPlumb, we are in a totally different market place to them. VictoriaPlumb sell cheep unbranded rubbish (in our opinion) imported in bulk from China, stocked high with massive profit margins slapped

Pleased with prices but delivery should be free for all items if you're ordering over £25, not just random parts. Also, delivery estimate should be available before you buy,
