Glass splash-back arrived badly broken. I rang My Tub immediately and they agreed the return and arranged a replacement to be delivered. Good service with good communication by telephone and follow up e mails.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with.
