We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed.
