I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why

You asked fora review which I am pleased to give. Not having used your company before and finding a couple of days before Christmas that I needed a spare part for my fire, I came across your name as suppliers of the part.
I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. my order was late even though i have an email stating it was deliverd on Friday 9th May, when it did arive Wednesday 14th May part of my delivery had bits missing and looked like it was picked up of the workshop floor, so wasnt to impressed!!!
