The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order.
