When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out.
