The Halifax system is a comprehensive range of socketless cast iron soil and drain pipes and fittings, designed specifically for internal soil and rainwater waste disposal, both above and below ground.
It is particularly suitable for the new build or refurbishment of apartment blocks, multi storey offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, prisons, car parks etc.
It provides all the benefits of conventional cast iron but also offers significant labour savings due to efficient, socketless jointing techniques.
It employs a mechanical jointing system using simple, efficient and reliable couplings.
It can be fitted both horizontally and vertically.
The Halifax system is finished in a two part epoxy coating, red/brown for above ground and grey for below ground.

However when we raised this issue we did receive a quick response and the sink arrived the next day. The sink is great and as described although we were a little surprised that it arrived with no protective packaging.
