Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! Delivery was later and was delivered to the wrong address despite our address details being all over the paperwork and parcel.

Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.
