We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
