I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable.
