Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.
