Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.
I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service. ...Miss Aigoro

Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up.
