We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere.
