First class service but very surprised to receive the item in its normal factory box with no packaging to protect it

Delivered my item as per the description and on the date advised. Great price too.

The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose.
