Pleased with prices but delivery should be free for all items if you're ordering over £25, not just random parts. Also, delivery estimate should be available before you buy,

I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.

I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.

After I discovered I had made an error in what I ordered, I requested the order be cancelled and the folks at MY TUB quickly cancelled my order without a problem. Excellent service!
