To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
