My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!
