Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. The produce is excellent but the delivery time was excessive and, if this is normal, should be indicated beside the illustration on your website. Service: Excellent, I was kept informed of delivery dates, and item arrived early on the day specified.
Product: This was a replacement part for a bolier timer. The picture on your site was the same as the original, but the one sent to me was different. I assumed it was a more recent part, and as it was the same size and had same connections, I have fitted and it works fine. So not an issue at all but might be worth mentioning this on the site, and changing the picture.
Desktop website was easy to use.
