Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th.
