Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again.

A great service although a bit slow on delivery but i think that was down to some confusion on the order but on the whole very good just waiting for the coal bed to come down a bit in price and i will be ordering again
