I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Hi, In general the speed of order was very prompt, I ordered on Sunday and received the part on Tuesday.
Unfortunately the part did not fit, with the attachment being too large. This does make me wonder why you are advertising indesit parts, that do not fit
