I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. No negative feedback. There was a lead time but that was indicated up front. Your supplier were also good enough to call me with a status update. Goods arrived today, inside the stated lead time. Very happy with the service. DB
