I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. I wished to order 1 Twyford Pan Connector P Trap Wf1240wh. The item was hard to source or, when sourced, delivery times were longer than I needed. MyTub were excellent both in communication, delivery date and service. I would definitely use this company again.

MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery.
