I am so glad I found this site I saved over a £100 on two indesit washing machine parts. Not only that but delivery was so prompt I was amazed, the part turning up next day when it was estimated for a couple of days later. This site is really a great find for me. If you don't believe me do a check and compare the prices with any parts site you will see the difference well atleast for washing machine parts you will cus that's the items I have bought for off this site. Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day.
