The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages
Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off
Then I could not source a replacement
I found your add on line
Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. Very disappointed that when I ordered online that was told soon afterwards that my order was about 6 weeks delivery - surely in this day and age of computers that stock levels should relate to whats available off the shelf.
Then had to pay another £60 plus to get same taps from another supplier. :0

Unfortunately this is the nature of the UK's plumbing industry, no one UK company stocks everything and also has stock on the shelves at all times. There are minimum orders that manufactures deliver so if you wish to save money you may have to wait a while. As you have discovered in this instance if you need it now you have had to go elsewhere and spend £60 more than MyTub would have charged
