The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. The product came with full instruction so it took me no time to fit the seat. The seat is better then I expected it has been modified with better components and it works perfect.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. The sink I ordered was damaged when delivered but a quick phone to Laurie had a replacement winging it's way to us within a few days. No fuss, no problem. The delivery driver with the replacement waited until we'd unpacked the new sink and checked it before leaving. Great service.
