Very good service goods arrived earlier than expected.
I would suggest that if you can get the goods out as quickly as you did you should advise the customer of this.
i expected the delivery in 45 days and received it next day there are a number of instances where given a 4 day delivery i would have looked elsewhere

when they say they will do they do - delivery happens costs are good and price check is honoured.
Kept informed at all stages and apologise if something is not quite 100% even though its not critical or detremental.

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Disappointed at cost of delivery to here, but MY Tubs are not alone on this. Was how ever relatively pleased with the alternative offered and the rest of the customer service given. Prompt replies to e-mails and helpful staff with the asked for notification when the goods were ready for uplift. Would use again if required.

Required replacement aerators for Magiglo open basket gas fire. This company had them in stock at a reasonable price in comparison to other firms. Ordered and was impressed by the customer care with continually update e mails on progress of the order. Delivery was personally carried out by the company and not by courier or post office which meant that the delicate fragile aerators had not been thrown about in transit. Good to see that in this day and age that a company still had Customer care at heart.
