Very pleased with the proffessional service we received for our order. We were informed regualary as to the situation of the delivery and the 3 items were all received on the same date as advised. Would all ways use My Tub in the furture.

Your service is top notch. Order placed Fri, arrived Monday, with regular updates. SO re-assuring to know that good service still exists out there. The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns.

Ordered 3 bottle gulley plugs that weren’t in stock but I knew about, was kept uptodate of when my order was to be delivered and it was exactly on time , would use My Tub again for parts, well pleased with them
