I found the whole experience of ordering form you very efficient. The order confirmation, updates and delivery were all sufficiently detailed and prompt. Packaging was adequate and the delivery operative polite and well presented.

The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper!

Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.
I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service.
