We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. The bath was delivered on time but I have not had a chance to check it yet as it is being fitted on Boxing Day by my son. Hopefully everything will be ok. The service by the company was first class with their delivery so I am sure that the bath will be ok. Many thanks
