A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. They supplied me with difficult to find obsolete tap cartridges at an acceptable price. So I can keep my old taps that are still in excellent shape. Delivery was very quick. Thanks MyTub.

Proactive response from MyTub team as I had incorrectly ordered the wrong colour to begin with - many thanks.
Final delivery notification only came through on the morning of the delivery but was the day that had been given as an estimate. An approximate time would have been useful extra information.

Im really impressed with the service from MyTub. I was contacted by phone and email regarding a problem with part of my order, offering a suitable substitute, and the order then arrived exactly at the time I was given.
I havent yet installed the new sink, but it seems to be good quality and exactly as described. The website was easy to navigate, and I am delighted overall with the excellent service they provide.
