DIMPLEX VANCOUVER FIRE SUITE VNC20NOLE DIMPLEX has added another design to its popular range of freestanding suites for social housing, giving even more interiors choices to tenants while incorporating all the benefits offered by the range, including easy installation, low maintenance and economy in use.

The Vancouver suite has a natural oak effect surround, cream marble effect back panel and a brass effect fire, a light and modern combination to enhance any d�½cor. The suite features a two-piece fuel bed for enhanced realism.

The integral electric fire features the award-winning Optiflame effect, powered by low energy LED lamps. Running on flame effect only, the suite has an anticipated running cost of only �½2 per annum, and with an expected lifespan of 100,000 hours for the lamps, maintenance callbacks are eliminated.

The Vancouver is 100% efficient at the point of use, while economy is assured by the choice of full or half heat settings and thermostat to avoid overheating, although the maximum heat output of 2kW provides plenty of heat to keep tenants warm when a boost is required.

Installation is quick and easy as the suite has two metres of cable and, being electric,

it can be located anywhere with a 13A power outlet, with no worries about flueing. There are no concerns about emissions either and unlike gas, no annual safety checks are required. Wall brackets supplied with the suite also deter removal by tenants.

For additional peace of mind the Vancouver features overheat protection and a safety cutout, while BEAB approval offers a guarantee of independent and ongoing safety checks.

With dimensions of 1230mm wide, 1053mm high, 380mm deep including hearth and a 225mm mantelpiece depth, the Vancouver is ideal for even smaller rooms.
