Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.
