I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding.

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked βfragileβ - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long.
