After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. I couldnt be more pleased with either the service or the quality of the product I have received. The packing of the fragile items was absolutely superb now I only have to get rid of the MOUNTAIN of polystyrene bits which really did their job. The delivery by City Link far exceeded that offered by unreliable myHermes, so I sincerely hope My Tub sticks with this courier.
I was also impressed with the quickness with which my initial email enquiry was dealt..... a reply within about 10mins or so, gives a brilliant impression of the kind of service that an eventual order will receive.
I will not hesitate to recommend MY Tub to anyone, especially as I have just noticed the Price Match offer on the website.

The soap dispenser arrived on the date stated but was slightly defective. I phoned the local supplier and it was replaced the following working day. Excellent service.
