Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.

The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them.

Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Hi. Just to confirm that I received my order on Friday 24 October 2014. The only comment that I would want to make is that I expected confirmation that the delivery date of 24 October was to be the actual date. However, I had to phone to find out that this was the case.
