Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt.

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.

I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.

Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the price of the items that I ordered through yourselves, and delivered by Plumb Centre, and the much higher prices shown for the same items on the Plumb Centre website!
