I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. the staff at mytub were very helpful in finding the part i needed for my shower and even though the part was only £10 the level of service i received was oustanding from start to finish you would think i had spent thousands of pounds, excellent communication, i was kept upto date at every stage of my order and very fast delivery. this has to be the best company on the internet, staff who are genuinely interested in helping no matter how much money your spending, service at its greatest. thank you Mytub

Box was delivered on specified date. Box was damaged but contents seem fine. Good service, thank you

Good service and prices. Ordered heated mirrors and a shower screen. Delivery slightly delayed, initially notified of this. Then had to email to find out if order had arrived at depot. It had, but depot glasgow did not have a van going out to Stirling. To get the goods to me depot sent some one out in their own car to ensure I had the goods in time for my bathrooms refit. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Was very pleased.

Part was just under average in price.
Emails about orderpickeddispatched all appreciated.
Delivered within a few days of ordering.
Only complaint would be ridiculously high delivery charge. Over £12 for a jiffy bag through standard post hurt.
