I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Order fulfilled quickly and it arrived well packaged delivered by courier. The matrix replaced the original which had developed some hairline cracking. The price was fair and my order was dealt with efficiently.
