what was happening. Recieved "notification of update to order status". Log
in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
I know if it will not change again? They are drinking fountain parts for a

Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. Good service.
The pedestal was damaged when it was delivered last Friday - as the driver managed to let it slip out of his hand onto our driveway. However, a replacement was delivered within a few hours.
Overall very satisfied.
